Step 1: Upload your PDF
Go to the PDF Text Editor homepage. You can drag and drop your file directly onto the "Upload Zone" or click the button to select a file from your computer. The file loads instantly because it isn't being uploaded to a slow server.
Step 2: Select Text Mode
Once your document is loaded, locate the toolbar at the top. The Select tool is active by default. Hover over any text in your document. You will see individual text blocks highlighted with a dashed outline.
Step 3: Edit Content
Click on any text block to enter editing mode.
To Change Text: Simply type or delete characters as you would in Word.
To Change Formatting: Use the property bar to adjust font size and color.
To Move Text: Currently, text positions are fixed to preserve layout, but you can delete the block and use the "Add Text" tool to create a new one nearby.
Step 4: Save & Download
When you are finished, click the Download PDF button in the top right corner. The engine will regenerate your PDF with the modified text and offer it as a download. No watermarks are added.
